Smoking is a very important part of the production of meat products, with a centuries-old tradition all over the world. Beechwood smoking chips are an excellent choice for smoking meats, as they provide a natural, richly aromatic smoke that gives the products a perfect flavour and a pleasant golden colour. The use of beech wood is also ideal because it gives a smooth, mild flavour that does not dominate but harmoniously complements the natural flavour of the meat. It is important to use good quality wood chippings, as clean, chemical-free raw materials ensure the desired quality of smoked products. Modern smoke generators require high quality, homogeneous wood chips to produce high quality smoke, which is essential for a perfect smoking result.
Our company has been producing and distributing beech wood chips for 15 years, mainly in Romania, but also to meat companies and individuals in many countries of the European Union. Our product is made exclusively from sustainably managed beech wood, sourced from the surrounding forests. The raw material is left to dry naturally for 1.5-2 years, and is then graded and carefully packaged after milling.
Our smoking chips are available in 5-10-15-20 kg packs, in bags, pallets or even truckloads. We can meet any demand and we can deliver our products within Romania as well as abroad, thus ensuring high quality smoking raw material for a wide range of users.
